1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Swiss Chalet's website and delivery service. 6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swiss Chalet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Food allergies, illnesses, or other issues related to the consumption of our products

6.3 Limitation Amount

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our Service during the twelve (12) months preceding your claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Swiss Chalet regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Swiss Chalet.
